We are the only HR consultancy in British Columbia to have certified learning consultants trained in the Team Management Profile® (TMP) tool, which we use to assess and determine the strategies that will allow you to work more effectively together.
Based on research by Dr. Charles Margerison and Dr. Dick McCann, the TMP tool can provide feedback on individual performance, organizational culture, and how employees relate to each other.
We then use this data to gain deeper insights into your teams’ inner workings, followed by a workshop with tailored programs that focus on continual team performance, skill development and improvement, and overall team alignment.
